Rayford Jones has been building his entire life, following in the footsteps of his father. With a background rooted in craftsmanship—framing, trim work, and cabinetry—Rayford honed his skills from the ground up. In 2016, he joined Woodland Homes, where his passion for quality construction and custom details truly took shape. From early on, there were conversations about starting a semi-custom home building company—something that would combine craftsmanship with a personal touch. In 2022, that vision became reality with the founding of Rayland Homes. Built on experience, integrity, and a hands-on approach, Rayland Homes is where expert craftsmanship meets personalized service.
