About Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley seeks to eliminate substandard housing from our community by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Since being established as an affiliate in 1987, Habitat has served over 300 families in Madison County, Alabama, by providing stable and affordable homeownership. This home is being built in Phase 2 of Habitat's Meridian Street Community for one of Habitat's partner families.
